The ‘Get tags and indicators (VPN, Tor, Proxy, etc)’ [IPQS] Transform will retrieve a list of tags that identify the reputation of an IP address. These include details on whether the IP has been spoofed or anonymized, how often it is used as a proxy, and other indicators that can help you better assess risk.

In order to use this Transform, you must have an active IPQS account that is configured to send reputation data to FortiSOAR. This can be done by logging into the Content Hub and clicking on the IP Quality Score connector card. You will need to provide the URL of the IP Quality Score server as well as the private key used to access that server.

You can find sample playbooks for using this connector in the Automation > Playbooks section of FortiSOAR(tm). These playbooks are bundled into the collection called “click here for IP Quality Score”. If you would like to make changes to these playbooks, please be sure to clone them into their own collections.
